Drew: Principles, huh? So that's what it boils down toOOOO?!

*Drew hits a high note on her last word as she tries to step into the pool, only to slip on the floor's edge and fall in instead!*

*SPLASH*

[Ookalf]

*Madison sighs.* Oh, Drew...

[AmbushCat]

*Joni's guffaws resound throughout the room.*

*resurfaces, gasping* Guhhhh---! Gah... *turns to Joni, her face red* D%&@ it, Joni, stop laughing at me! I just tripped, that's all! Maddy, make her stop!

Joni: *still chuckling* Ah... that was perfect. That was just wow.

[Ookalf]

Right... That's enough, Joni. We're all here to have fun, remember?

[AmbushCat]

Joni: Oh, fine. *mock-pout* Killjoy.

'Killjoy', huh? *smacks the water with the side of her hand, splashing Joni*

Joni: *sputters* Ack! *smiles* Well, if that's how it's going to be...! *does the same, splashing both Drew and Madison*

*shields her face, laughing* Weak!

[Ookalf]

Oh, now you've done it... *Madison splashes both Joni and Drew!*

*unable to block* Wha... haha! Fredonia's going to war over here, people! *retaliates in kind*

Joni: 'Tis a figment of your imagination! Eat watery sugar-free death! *now fully immersed in this particular pasttime*

*over-dramatically* Noooo! Sugar-free death! My one weakness!

*watching their playtime from the other side of the pool* Kids are kids, no matter how old they are...

*Penny floats by.* Yeah, you said it...

*Another catgirl maid, this one more 'cat' than 'human', already wearing a two-piece conservatively-cut gray swimsuit and standing about five feet tall, enters the pool room. She has mostly black fur, with white fur on her chest and stomach, tail tip, hands, feet and mouth; the latter has a distinctive black spot on it that resembles a half-moustache. She takes one look at the splashing going on, then turns to Penny. When she speaks its as if she doesn't care about anything and is just going through the motions, evidence of Vermilion... but her words and voice have a very Aquamarine vibe to them as well, something that gets FL-Kaoru's attention awful quick.*

Maid: Hey, Penny. This the place? How many do we got?

[Ookalf]

Yep, this is it, Abby. So far, we got, uh... *Penny does a quick head count.* ...Seven, I think.

[AmbushCat]

Abby: 'Kay. *sits down at poolside, toes not quite touching the water, and stares off to the side disinterestedly* Asked Sassafras and Gingersnap on the way if they wanted to play, but they'll be on chandelier duty all night.

[Ookalf]

Ah, that's too bad. Those two really woulda made this...
