City of Lights: Casino v.3

[Raleigh]

*Raleigh's collection of casinos makes its existence known once again with the opening of a new casino themed around an old story of a dragon and a unicorn's chess game and how it decided the fate of one world. One half of the casino modeled with the dragon and the trappings there of and the other half those of the unicorn from the story. In about the center of the casino it seems to have a chess board pattern. The usual bets are of course present in this casino as in the others. Different games that are offered up though include some locations where someone can place bets on amateur chess players or be those playing.*

Heh, this theme was an odd choice for me. Given that I'm the one that lost. Oh well, lets see how popular it is in the end. *He wonders into the newest casino to see about setting into motion the usual bit of arena tournaments.*

After two previous failed attempts at paying back a debt to Raleigh through these casinos, Elliot was back. Although many might not recognise him. He wore a short, frilly, purple and white silken dress in the style of a medieval serving wench that had been twisted to appeal to modern males! Along with the dress, he was stuck in a pair of purple heels that seemed to be causing some problems, and had a name tag displaying 'Ellie' pinned to his chest.

"Okay, Raleigh... where do you want me?", he asked with a blush as he came up behind the Boss.

*Turning to Ellie.* Ah, yes I had almost forgotten. For now I think I will need you to work over on the unicorn side of the casino. I'm expecting a special guest to show up over there that I have some business to deal with. They'll identify themselves readily enough since they'll sense you've been talking to me. Other than that do the usual bit of serving up drinks and the like to the masses. That work out for you? *It can be noted at this point that Raleigh never seems to leave the Dragon side of the casino.*

[Harri-chan]

Elliot glanced over at the Unicorn side of the casino and nodded along to the instructions. "I can do that", he smiled. "I know I don't have many skills... but I promise this is one thing I can do a good job of... well, as soon as I get used to these heels", he muttered before turning and heading across to the other side of the place. While waiting for Raleigh's special guest, he busied himself with serving drinks to those gambling.

[Kether]

*The succubi take Kether over to the exchange counter. Behind it sits what appears to be a wolf woman waiting to exchange out money for chips.*
Wolf Woman: So, how much you want to exchange?

*Various people come and go around Ellie getting drinks and the like. So far there is no sign of who he is supposed to be waiting for save perhaps for a hanging feeling of ominous magics on that side of the casino.*

*The attendant nods and converts the money to chips. One of the succubi with Kether decides to try and help.*

Ellie served each person their drink with a smile, and during the gaps, he sat and watched people play the casino games. He didn't know how to play most of them, especially poker, so tried to learn a thing or two while he waited.

You bet on who will win. If you lose you must pay into the house one coin per square doubling for each square on the board. In other words you would owe 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and so on. If you win we have to pay you out a similar payment.
