Hearing the heavy landing and the shout from Zoey, Elliot spun around to see the large, hairy and horned figure now between him and the others. "Oh no you don't!", he shouted as it went to grab the girl. The energy sword was out again, this time glowing green. He aimed the tip at the creature and charged!

Logos, unable to back away, does the only logical thing! She leaps up onto the troll's outstretched arm, runs up along it while drawing her sword and slices at the troll's face!

The trolls face... is sliced! As the blade slides along its scaled skin with a metallic sound... the troll laughing a little... before swiping its other arm to grab for the stabby woman!

Zoey's eyes widen and grits her teeth. She would help, but she cant exactly do much. "R-Right..." she says geting out of the way of the others.

Logos leaps off the troll, landing next to Dact. Examining the blade, se sees no blood and nods.
"His skin is tough. Bladed weapons may not be the best way to fight it."
She puts her sword away and takes out her bo staff! Spreading her legs, she assumes a low defensive stance and points the end of the staff at the troll!

Presumably Elliot's charge hadn't been halted, perhaps because it hadn't even been noticed. Without intervention, the glowing green beam plunged through the scales, infusing the troll with potent green energy!
