A holy hand grenade of antioch awaits...

In the window of Miku's Music and Memorabilia Menagerie sits a very special item. One that has sat there for months and months, brought over from one of the Steampunk or Vintage age realms she has visited or done business with. What makes this item so special is it looks like some kind of grenade...with it's pin pulled and the spoon stuck or jammed in such a way it has yet to discharge. But seeing how it is In a suspended time field, it is less than likely to ever go off, provided some chaos Mage or other sees fit to leave well enough alone...

Oooh. *Appears and looks over the grenade.* I could always use more of these. How much?

[Miku-chan]

The teal haired teen steps up behind Raleigh..."You looking to add to your collection again Sensei?" she asks, bringing up vintage Christmas decorations.

[Raleigh]

Always. One can never have too many implements of doom, especially magical ones. Need any help decorating?

[Miku-chan]

Mike nods to Raleigh's inquiry..."That would be great Sensei, if you don't mind. Though I thought you were due to shift to Rei for the season. I would feel better about selling you that little chaos engine there if you had her direct access to her powers. Something always felt off with this thing, that's why I layered it in multiple time lock and suspend spells. I don't think Pluto knows I Removed one of her time keys while we were on that mission last year with Luna."

[Raleigh]

Ah, I suppose I can do that. *Shifts into the form of Rei easily enough.* So how much for this little trinket?

[Miku-chan]

"Well...I was asking one hundred thousand gilders for it to keep the less experienced hobbiest from accidentally deactivating the spells, but for you...thirty five thousand guilders and the list of spells and wards used. But you need to show up at my place for the holiday meal this year as well." Miku smiles at Rei knowing uow hard it is to get them to show up during holiday events away from her extended family...

That reminds me I need to see if Konoko and/or Ambush would mind me visiting them during all this.

Sure, I can do that I think. Would it be alright if I was to bring some of the family with me?

"The more the merrier i like to say. Any diet restrictions kneed toknow for them? I know your need for fresh calamari and deep ones already, but its always nice to be prepared." Miku salsas she hands the list of spells to Rei. The grenade rumbles slightly at Rei's touch..

*Checks over the list with one eye while watching the hand grenade with the other.* Nothing in particular I think. I know of no one having any real food allergies. I do know at least one of my daughters is partial to lamb though.

The grenade seems to burp, colorful magic sparks dance around it then settle back into the spells keeping it in check...
"Whew...glad I took the precautions. Still, it shouldn't have reacted like that.

Mayhaps it was due to me handling it? I do radiate quite a bit of magic after all.
