Somewhere beneath the sea, the self styled criminal mastermind Bones sits in his submarine base waiting.
As of late the evil genius has been plotting his next major scheme to wreak havoc on the city of Muffinville and its inhabitants, NPC or otherwise. Normally these schemes involve needlessly complicated steps and measures that involve color energy and explosives, lots and lots of explosives! Lately Bones has desired to try something different this time. Something less destructive perhaps, but thrice as deviously wicked! And lo, after months of pacing through the transparent halls of his base, such a dastardly plan has begun to form! However, he knows he can't possibly pull this off on his own...
Now he waits in the meeting chamber of his lair, awaiting arrival of those whom he has petitioned for assistance in this most devious caper...
To make things interesting, however, a freestanding mail portal has been erected in the middle of the local park, an invitation to both the curious and foolish to drop on by. Bones is always appreciative of any and all company, especially when his stock of human test subjects is running low.
