Ah good. It was disturbing me of how you would settle a tie. *Sits back in his seat to observe how this one goes. If it falls through he is more than happy to have gotten the particular decision he wanted through. Ponders visiting the council again to suggest some events for the city's social calender. Perhaps recommend some big to do for Halloween at the square or a sponsored mixer for Valentines.*
