Hm.. if I remember that one gives you the ability to use some sort of card fighting ability. Not exactly gambit like but more of the whole 'my cards are actually flying razor blades' kind. The programming was borrowed from a vampire I encountered once. It might also have something of a luck shift effect making it easier to win at gambling.
