A room and a rope. Endorsed by the Council!

[Blaze]

Near the tower that is Niflheim Industries, a rope has been extended all the way into the sky, to the point that the top cannot be seen. What appears to be a large room mostly made from a transparent material has been built around the rope. The room appears to be sealed with no way in, though some kind of boarding platform has been built next to it.

And standing before a podium on that platform in Fimbulvetr! Four chairs stand next to her as she drums her fingers on the podium.

"Hmm...What is going on here?" asked Mike as he looked high into the sky and saw the rope. He stares at it for a bit and gives a yawn. "Tempted to pull the rope."

*Mendo saunters up as well, looking around curiously*

Dact wanders by... "Mysterious rope leading into the sky? Must investigate...."

He heads over to the platform! Spotting Fimbulvetr. "... Oh, its you. The crazy robot lady... what are you up to?"

Cleverly disguised as a nun, Bones observes from a crowd of NPCs.

"Oh my!" he says with a falsetto voice. "What's with all the excitement?"

Merah skips up, and head tilts "...so this is what the text message was about." The teenager leans against a nearby tree, "...glad to see our work is coming to light."

Victor the wanderer raises an eyebrow, and glances over to the 'nun;.

"I was wondering that myself, ma'm..though, it can;t be good, if that...woman is behind it."

Frowning to Fimbulvetr, he shakes his head.

Fimbulvetr looks around at the crowd, smiling when she spots Merah and Penny before turning on the microphone attached to the podium.

"Greetings everyone. This is the product of your Council working together."

Fimbulvetr points... not at the room and the rope, but up at the sky, where the rope fades from view.

"Far above our heads is one of the greatest achievements in safety ever performed. If everyone would enter the space elevator, we can go up and see."

[Feng]

"Sister" Bones, Criminal Mastermind and avowed member of the Little Sisters of Belial (Fifty points if you get the reference) approaches the giant space elevator, praying under her breath that this charade doesn't involve obnoxious orange men this time.

"Hmm...Why do I feel this involves a giant dome over the city?" said Mike as he seem a bit unsure. "Also....does it have to be a space elevator? That just happens to be a thing that I avoid actually."

Dact wanders closer to the room and Fimbylvetr. "Right... and how are we supposed to get in?" He gestures to the apparently sealed room.

"Eh.....Space elevators...well....not too well for me," said Mike as he was being dragged.

Merah just smiles to herself, quietly observing. She frowns slightly though at all the complaining, "...h-hey now! It's all going to work out! Trust me! ...and the elevator is perfectly safe!"
