[Vomica]

Og-ra nods to Fim, "...she is indeed. She's in the basement. I'm sure you can find you're own way, ma'am." She pauses, than adds "...if you wish. I could guide you down there. It'd be a pleasure to assist you."

Turning back to Caine, "...that is precisely it. Rational thought. Perhaps the situation might mitigate the guilt of an action -- say killing in cold blood versus that of a solider in war -- but intention also greatly influences it." He stops short after a moment, "...and as I do favor the actions of the CTC to isolate and manage the... unpredictable elements of this world. I do know there are others who are so keen of you and your colleagues work." He rolls his massive shoulders, "...but I shouldn't speak ill of those that are not here to defend themselves. If people believe things, they have a reason to do so -- to put words into their mouths is to perform a long list of fallacies and is just..." He shakes his head, "...rather rude."

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr chuckles and shakes her head.

"Oh no, I can certainly find my own way. I would hate to interrupt your conversation."

With a wave of her hand, she walks past the desk and down the steps!

[Vomica]

Down the stairs Fim will discover a double pair of glass doors! One of those type of doors you find in front of surgery rooms, biochemical laboratories, and things along those lines. The faux-woman would hear some gentle humming come from round the corner. It a soft tuneless hum, and fairly higher in pitch if produced by a person. ...what sort of monster lies beyond the bend!? Gasp!

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr walks though the glass doors without a care. How foolhardy!

"Hello? Are you here Miss Merah?"

[Vomica]

The humming stops! There is the shuffle of paper, clinking of glass, and clatter of metal -- and a moment later a young looking teenager girl with mauve hair and wearing a thick lab coat comes into view. Upon her forehead are perched a pair of welding goggles. She says, "...yes. That would be me." She smiles upon seeing Fimbulvetr, "Oh. Hey! I remember you!"

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr smiles at the young girl and nods.

"Yes. I would certainly hope so, since we work together now."

[Vomica]

Merah takes a step forward, and offers her hand out "Indeed! ...anyways. What's brings you around here? I've already had another of the council visit me today." Merah looks down at her hand... and quickly wipes it off on her apron... before offering it back up. She says, "...Merah the Metaphysical Engineer... at your service!"

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr chuckles and shakes the offered hand, bending down a bit to reach.

"Fimbulvetr, CEO of Niflheim Industries. Glad to properly meet you."

[Vomica]

Merah head tilts slightly, "...interesting. Did you chose the name of the company yourself? ...that's a very... complex reference." She shakes her head, "...anyways. It is an honor to formally meet you and stuff!" ^^

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr nods, a small grin on her face.

"Oh yes I did name it myself. So smart people like you can feel even smarter for catching the reference." she says with a chuckle.

"Now, may I ask what you're up to down here? I'm quite curious."

[Vomica]

Merah grins from ear to ear at that again. Her young face looking almost impish from such a wide smile, after a moment... she says "...mostly I've been investigating the variable nature of the supernatural phenomena within the manifold that makes up the planer material. Interestingly enough, the entirety of it doesn't seem to be constant. ...but rather in total fluctuation based on... well. That's what I'm trying to figure out. I have a few ideas... but I'm working on isolating those forces and energies."

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr raises an eyebrow and nods.

"Is that right? To what ends?"

[Vomica]

Merah blinks for a moment, and frowns "...back home things were obvious on the metaphysical side as they are in our material world. ...sin could be spotted on somone's face... instead of hiding in their hearts. Pollution in the river meant that there was something... darker going on. ...and you get the idea. Here. ...it's not the case. But sometimes it is. ...I can still sense it. But not always. I can manipulate it like back home. ...like asking the river spirit why it was sick..." She says, "...mainly it's to figure stuff out. ...but. Honestly I do have a few end goals I want to get to."
