Stolen! A Museum Gem Heist!

[Harri-chan]

Elliot carefully picked the letter from the stem, her fingers shorter, stubbier, and more awkward than she was used to. "Ugh... whatever he did, I'm still aching from it, and my tummy doesn't feel right at all... ", she muttered as then opened up the letter to read it, lifting one hand to rub at her nose again.

[Knight Errant]

"I'd say more like falling for his tricks than his charms..." He blinks at the letter. "Whats that?"

[Feng]

It's a letter from the thief! And it reads:

"Dearest Elliot,

I enjoyed our brief yet sensational time together, however brief it was! While I wish it could last longer I fear I have much more work to carry out. However, fret not my little sweet! I'm sure we'll meet again real soon~!

[Harri-chan]

Bringing the letter up close to her face, she blushed as she read the words written on it, before wrinkling her nose, and held the paper out for Dact to take. "This doesn't help at all... it says he's going to strike again, but doesn't even hint where", she sighed, her gaze dropping back to her dress as she tugged on it slightly. "This ruins any chance I have of getting a date with that cute cop lady... ", she whined. The blood-red ponytail gently swished from side to side as she moved about, her matching eyes glancing back up at the slightly feminine Knight, "We should probably stick together... try and ignore the way I look, Sir Dact. I can still help you solve this...".

[Knight Errant]

Dact holds in a smirk as the cute girl whines about not being able to get a date. "Well from the sound of it, this thief would be more than happy to take you out. Probably me as well come to think of it." He mutters, looking over the note.

He thinks a bit, then nods. "I think your right... separate we seem to have fallen prey to this thief... you more so than me. We stand a better chance together of capturing him."

[Harri-chan]

Elliot's cheeks went pink as she saw the amused smirk on Dact's face, and she set her hands on her hips as she looked around thoughtfully, "He's not after the gems... he's after people! The thefts are just to lure people in. We need to try and round everyone up, and make sure nobody gets left alone while he's on the loose", she suggested, taking a couple of steps back towards the stairs, before pausing and turning to look at him, her dress swishing up just slightly to reveal a hint of the white bloomers beneath. "Agreed?".

[Knight Errant]

"I dont think that will help much. We dont know where he is going to strike next. I mean we cant cover everyone..."

[Harri-chan]

"But if we make sure everyone sticks together, then he won't be able to pick people off. He got lucky with me, I almost had him!", she explained. "He wouldn't dare try and come after anyone in a large group, because he knows we'd kick his ass!", she said, clenching a fist. "C'mon, let's go find everyone before he gets to anyone else".

[Knight Errant]

"I guess we should report back to the police chief anyway... lets go." He says, following her!

[Feng]

Dact and Harri manage to make it back to the lobby without incident. There the Police Chief can be seen busily fussing at his lieutenant.

[Harri-chan]

Elliot led the way, back down to the ground floor of the Museum, wincing at the way her dress rustled with every step she took. In the back of her head, she felt herself feeling embarrassed and disappointed not because she was a girl... but because she was not the sort of girl the handsome Thief would be interested in!

Approaching the Police Chief and Lieutenant, the young red-haired girl cleared her throat, glad that cute female cop wasn't around to see what had become of her! "Excuse me, Chief... but the best chance we have of keeping you all safe is if everyone sticks together...".

[Feng]

The police chief glares at Harri with his bloodshot eyes.

"Who let a little girl wander into the crime scene!?! MARVIN!"

A lean black cop turns to the police chief. "What is it boss?"

"Tell me how this little girl managed to sneak past security? This place is supposed to be off limits to civilians!"

[Harri-chan]

The little red-haired girl's mouth fell open at the dismissal from the police chief. "Little girl? I just came closer than any of you cops to catching the thief! It's me... Elliot! I was speaking to that female cop about twenty minutes ago... she told me about the hall of minerals, and that's where I nearly caught the thief!", she explained. Her red eyes shifted back and forth between the chief and Marvin, before she frowned at the pair, "Ask the lady cop!".

Dact walks up behind Elliot. "I can vouch for her... the thief seems to be transforming those he sees as a threat to him... he got Elliot good."
