Dact's Adventure Shop and Quest Board!

[Knight Errant]

After his long absence, a familiar Knight can be seen once more wandering about the woods and streets of Muffinville. He moves with purpose, along with a construction crew he privately contracts, and soon what looks like a large inn or hunting lodge rises in a clearing deep in the woods around the city.

Satisfied with his work, he heads inside and waits! While several heralds on the street corner yell out:

"Bored? Need something to do? Maybe you have heard of adventuring... but don't know where to start? Well! Dactylos's Adventure Shop and Quest Board is the place for you! We have quests for novice and veteran adventurers alike! Complete quests and earn tokens to spend on unique adventuring gear at the shop! No purchase necessary... its all funded by famed adventurer and Knight Errant Dactylos!"

They pass out maps to the location to anyone interested!

"And adventure shop? Interesting. This could lead to interesting things," said Don as he walked up to the shop. He then looks back. "This should be good experience for you."

"I am up for an adventure. Anything to test my skill out," said Dawn with a smile as she was running a bit ahead of Don. She then notice Dact and winks at him.

[Blaze]

Nova goes up to the store, carrying one of the maps.

"Hmm... some combat experience would be nice..."

She enters!

[Knight Errant]

They both enter the large wooden doors of the Adventure Shop! Inside is Dact, idly sitting behind a counter sharpening his sword. On the racks behind him are all sorts of strange objects... most of them radiating power. To the left is a large board with lists of quests to be doing. To the right is a fireplace, with many comfy chairs around it.

He looks up as they enter, waving. "Yo... welcome to my adventure shop and quest board. Want me to explain a bit on how it works?"

[Maiden Miki]

"Go ahead sir," said Don as he eyes the weaponry. "Each shop holder has their ways."

"Please do," smiled Dawn as she flutter her eyelashes at Dact and just stares at him.

[Blaze]

Nova nods her head.

"If you wouldn't mind sir..."

[Knight Errant]

Dact nods. "Right... I have made a list of activities... from trivial to nearly impossible. Each of them pays a amount of Honor Tokens for completing... which you can turn in at the shop for... wait for it... fabulous prizes!" He smiles a bit.

"I figured it would liven things up here a bit... Now would you like to see the quest board? Or I could set you up with quests you might like..."

[Blaze]

Nova nods after the explanation.

"I understand. Thank you sir."

She checks the board for an easy job!

Dact nods. "Right... I have made a list of activities... from trivial to nearly impossible. Each of them pays a amount of Honor Tokens for completing... which you can turn in at the shop for... wait for it... fabulous prizes!" He smiles a bit.

"I figured it would liven things up here a bit... Now would you like to see the quest board? Or I could set you up with quests you might like..."

"No money? Still do these prizes include the weapons in the shop?" asked Don as he looks around. "Also I prefer to pick my quest."

"I take anything you think is good," said Dawn as she lean against the table and smiled. Her cleavage seems to be showing a lot.

Nova nods after the explanation.

"I understand. Thank you sir."

She checks the board for an easy job!

There are quite easy ones! From 'Rescue a catgirl from a tree' (5 points) to slightly harder ones like 'go on a hike outside the civilized Muffin lands.' (15 points)

"No money? Still do these prizes include the weapons in the shop?" asked Don as he looks around. "Also I prefer to pick my quest."

"I take anything you think is good," said Dawn as she lean against the table and smiled. Her cleavage seems to be showing a lot.

Dact nods. "Everything in the shop can be earned with these points. And there is a treasure chest you can earn. And I'm not skimpy on the gold and gems I put in my treasure chests." He shrugs. "And if you want to pick, go ahead and do so..." he waves his hand over to the Board.

He looks over to Dawn... blushing slightly. "Well... what skills do you have? I would need to know to give you a good quest..."

((And now... I edit the first post to put in a Quest List! Expect it... eh... as soon as I flog my brain enough to make it.))

Dact nods. "Everything in the shop can be earned with these points. And there is a treasure chest you can earn. And I'm not skimpy on the gold and gems I put in my treasure chests." He shrugs. "And if you want to pick, go ahead and do so..." he waves his hand over to the Board.

He looks over to Dawn... blushing slightly. "Well... what skills do you have? I would need to know to give you a good quest..."

"Alright. I guess I take a look at it," said Don as he walks over to take a better look at the board. "Glad to hear you are fair on the treasure part."

"Well I have many skills," said Dawn as she winked at Dact and twirl a finger around her blond hair. "I am quiet a woman for hire and well knowledgeable in combat with many different weapons. You be surprise to know that I can handle myself quiet well."

[Blaze]

Nova gasps. THe poor kitty! D:

"I'll take this one sir!" she says, pointing to that job.

[Knight Errant]

"Alright. I guess I take a look at it," said Don as he walks over to take a better look at the board. "Glad to hear you are fair on the treasure part."

"Well I have many skills," said Dawn as she winked at Dact and twirl a finger around her blond hair. "I am quiet a woman for hire and well knowledgeable in combat with many different weapons. You be surprise to know that I can handle myself quiet well."

Dact nods. "Of course I'm fair..." He waves to the (updated) quest board!

Dact hmms to Dawn. "Are you better at combat? Or more... stealthy quests."

Nova gasps. THe poor kitty! D:

"I'll take this one sir!" she says, pointing to that job.

Dact nods. "Right!" A portal opens next to her... "Step on through... it will take you to the kitty in distress."

[Blaze]

Nova steps through the portal! No time to waste!

Dact nods. "Of course I'm fair..." He waves to the (updated) quest board!

Dact hmms to Dawn. "Are you better at combat? Or more... stealthy quests."

"Hmm...I think I would like to try the slaying of a monster," said Don with a smile. "Something I have done a bit times a many. Would I be able to keep the body parts of the monster?"

"Hmm....I have had no problems with stealthy quests in the past but I never prefer them," said Dawn as she smiled and taps her chin. "So I would say I am better at combat but I am afraid I am not sure how much my combat skills has improved or decrease to my current state of affairs if you know what I mean.

Dawn then leans in a bit more on the table and places an arm to lean against it.
