*Last time, on Circe's Manor...

Concerned about Circe's constantly lowering self-esteem, Aldonza decided to throw her friend an appreciation party to show her that, believe it or not, there are a handful of people who actually respect her. Touched by this sign of friendship, Circe has started to actualy enjoy herself a bit, and, along with Aldonza, just finished a karaoke duet to Two-Mix's "Truth."*

[AmbushCat]

*Aldonza strikes a pose as the song comes to an end, then almost falls over giggling.*

That was a blast!

*Amber smiles in approval, clapping. Callista thinks for a moment, then shrugs and starts doing the same.*

[Circe]

*CIrce smirks.* Yeah.

[AmbushCat]

*Aldonza puts the microphone back before stumbling back to her seat, grinning from ear to ear.*

Heh... heh... I never get tired of... heh... doing those...

Callista: You okay?

*catches her breath* I'll be okay. I was just up a little earlier than usual today, that's all.

[Circe]

*CIrce puts he mic back and sits down.* You need a drink or something, Aldonza?

[AmbushCat]

Sure. There should be some grape juice over at the buffet. Could I have some of that, please?

[Circe]

Right. *Circe gets up and heads over to the buffet. A few moments later, she comes back with two cups of grpe juice, one of which she hands to Aldonza.*

[AmbushCat]

Thank you. *takes a sip, then slowly exhales* Good stuff.

[Circe]

*CIrce takes a sip of hers.* Yeah.

[AmbushCat]

*Aldonza lets her eyes wander, taking in the festivities.*

Feeling kind of tired, for some reason.

Callista: *scowls* That's what you get for waking up at 6a.m. You had several hours to spare before the party store opened.

*shrugs* Just a little over-excited, that's all. Hakuna matata, Calli-sama.

[Dracos]

*Dracos knocks on the door to Circe's Manor, waiting patiently*

[Jello Shot Mischa]

Mischa hmms, and then nods. "All right, let's give this another shot."

She places a hand on Lost's head, and starts to concentrate once again. Lost will feel that tingle spread through her body, although the physical changes are minimal. Her body takes one a somewhat more glossy, artificial sheen, as if her skin was rubber and hair was a wig, but she remains looking much the same. She'll also feel quite energetic, however. (Perhaps more like her avatar than her current look? :3)

She does have the ability to induce the change she wanted, although it's a one-shot thing...

*Aldonza lets her eyes wander, taking in the festivities.*

How long did getting this set up take, anyway?

*Dracos knocks on the door to Circe's Manor, waiting patiently*

*A maid opens the door.* Can I help you?

*thinks back* Let's see...about an hour and a half or so to purchase the decorations and get the banner made... another few hours to signal Calli's crew and get them cooking all the food we'd need... about twenty minutes to convince Callista to come along... another thirty minutes for the maids, Lost and myself to prepare the gym while Ambush Cat distracted you...

Around five and a half hours all-told, give or take. Closer to five if you don't count the convincing.
