Calling on Elliot

She leaned her head back to watch the walls get even higher around her, "Just get to the bit about the powers, already, Shorty. How do I use them?", she asked, curling and uncurling her fingers around her palms. "How do I shoot off an energy bolt or something cool?".

"First you need to focus deep within yourself. You should be able to sense the keywords to summon your magical stick thing," said Francesca as she walked over to Elliot. "Your stick thing is your most important weapon."

Elliot listened to Francesca's instruction, and then closed her eyes. She drew a deep breath and concentrated, holding her hands out infront of her. A glow began to form around them, which then spread out, forming into a long shaft. It solidified, and a sparkly pink heart formed on one end, leaving the little girl clutching quite a large wand. Her eyes shot open and she blushed, "It's so... pink".

The words, 'Love Pretty Heart Rod' would appear in Elliot's mind as it appeared in front of her. Soon her mind would began to be filled with many cute things to say and even the urge to act a little cute as she said these cute phases began to bubble within her.

"Yeah. That how it tends to be when you are a powerful magical girl," said Francesca as she took a few notes.

Her eyes widened a little as all the cute thoughts came into her mind. It reminded her a little of what it felt like when she was exposed to beige energy and her mind entirely rewritten. She tried to fight it, but soon realised it wasn't changing her mind like the beige had, it was just... tweaking things a little. Stepping back, she suddenly twirled on the toes of her shoes, causing her dress to swish up, and she held the wand up above her head, "I can feel it working!".

This won't rewrite your mind like that Beige color. Only a few tweaks which will only be limited to when you are in this form. Still aim for the target. You will see what I mean when you attack."

Elliot would feel the words come to him as she prepare to fire her attack.

The target absorbed the red energy, and began to morph in mid air. It looked like it was squirming, slowly taking on the form of a tiny little puppy dog. Creamy blonde fur began to spread along it's body, and a cute tail sprung from it's rear end. Seeing the dog start to fall, Elliot rushed forward, catching the adorable creature in her arms. It barked and licked her face, making her nose wrinkle as she looked up at Francesca.

She looked down in suprise, one hand cupping the pink crystal. "Really? So... how do I do it?", she asked eagerly, looking up at the busty cat woman. "C'mon, Francesca, how do I turn back into a guy?".
