Hunt for Green Baracuda

[Harri-chan]

"Actually... well, it kinda is work...", murmured Elliot, glancing back at the TV one more time before heading back out onto the street with Akihiko. "This will be so much help... maybe we can get back there before it's too late", he said. Lifting one hand, he nervously rubbed the back of his neck as they walked alongside eachother, "Maybe once this is over, we could... hang out? I don't meet other guys very often around here... ".

[Feng]

"Mr. Cloak!" exclaims Bones, turning to face his mystical ally. "Welcome aboard the Green Baracuda. May I offer you a drink?"


::Me neither:: sighs Raoul-Tan. ::I'm basically friendless.::

In a burst of smoke a Chibiwanbanshu agent appears in the tower before Fimbulvetr.

"Greetings!" he says with a slight bow. "Bones assigned sent me to thank you for your contribution to the project. He says its working far better than expected..."


The sea is dreadfully empty. Being the middle of the bay, its not surprising that there isn't any pe-wait! There's someone!

The fiery haired youth paddles up to Konoko.

"Yo!" he says, waving at the Gardevoir girl. "What brings a cute babe like yourself out this far without a board? You're gonna sink if you're not too careful!"


"Your belly is as pale as the sand, love" says the man, motioning to her stomach which, sure enough, is quite pale.


The boy leads Elliot out to a Yellow corvette.

"Hop in," says the smiling boy.

"Wow, nice car!", said a stunned Elliot as Akihiko stopped at the yellow car. His blue eyes roamed over it, and he nodded in admiration before pulling open the passenger door, and climbed inside. "I bet this thing is a babe magnet, huh?".

[Raleigh]

Sure, do you have any tea?

[Maiden Miki]

"Your belly is as pale as the sand, love" says the man, motioning to her stomach which, sure enough, is quite pale.

"Love?" said Miki deciding to ignore that comment and then looked down to notice that it was indeed pale. She blushed a little bit and said, "Well like I said. I don't burn."

[Blaze]

Fimbulvetr looks at Raoul-Tan and Ryu-Tana and grins.

"Oh is that right~? In that case, you two can run a job for me!"

She turns to the Chibiwanbanshu and grins at him.

"Good timing. Please lead these two to wherever Bones is hiding. They will assist him in any way he may need them to."

Standing atop a roof, Logos watches as people star passing out as the MORPHEUS's psychic waves pass over them. With a slight frown, she leaps across the rooftops towards the docks!

[KonokoHasano]

"Hm? Oh, just following a strange psionic signal that's apparently causing a bunch of havoc on the mainland. Was hoping I'd bump into some amusement, but there's nobody manning the device." She gives a small smirk. "If I sink, I sink. It's not like I need to breath or anything, so I'm in no real danger."

Gives herself a look. "Yeah, that's my normal appearance."

Fimbulvetr looks at Raoul-Tan and Ryu-Tana and grins.

"Oh is that right~? In that case, you two can run a job for me!"

She turns to the Chibiwanbanshu and grins at him.

"Good timing. Please lead these two to wherever Bones is hiding. They will assist him in any way he may need them to."

"Shouldn't have opened my mouth." She muttered under her breath.

[Jello Shot Mischa]

The drones should encounter no resistance to their mission of goodwill. Fortunately, none of the victims appear seriously injured. The drones might notice that some of the male victims' hair is slowly growing in length. How strange...

Meanwhile, the Blue Steel's radar depicts a mass of objects before it. If the crew were to gaze out the windows they would spot a forest of mines before them! Oh noes!

From Diego Air Force Base, a CTC vertol takes off, taking a medical team to the beach to try and provide more assistance to the people affected by the unusual telepathic waves! They're equipped with CRAVEN units and other protective measures to ensure they don't fall prey to the waves themselves.

Meanwhile, the four identical submarines slow to a stop before the forest of mines.

"Unknown minefield detected. Estimate increased probability unknown vessel is nearby. Switch to silent running."

Its engines going silent, the submarine turns to the starboard, looking to determine just how large the minefield is...

[Feng]

Aboard the Green Baracuda....

"Excellent choice" says Bones, ringing a bell to summon a maid.

A young pink haired maid approaches.

"Ah Lilly, kindly fetch Mr. Cloak a cup of tea will you?"

The maid curtseys and goes off to the kitchen.

"Anyways, so glad you could be here for this event Mr. Cloak. What do you think of the MORPHEUS' capabilities?"


Niflheim Tower....

"Unfortunately, that might prove rather difficult. The Master has sealed off access to the Green Barracuda for the duration of the operation for security reasons. He did leave me a mission for your agents however."

He reaches into his uniform and grabs a vanilla folder.

"Your mission is to infiltrate the city's radio station and claim the equipment for Lord Bones. Inside you'll find blue prints along with further instructions."


Elsewhere...

As Logos leaps across the rooftops she'll notice that the psychic wave appears to be limited to the shoreline and pier. If she ventures forth, she risks possible exposure to the strange force...


"Clearly" says Miki's admirer with a smile. "With some further effort your skin will be as golden as the sun. I almost envy you..."


As Elliot climbs into the vehicle he may catch sight of his face in the side mirror. It may just be his imagination but it seems to have become bit softer, and certainly more round.

"Oh, its quite popular with the ladies in my carpool" grins the boy as he puts the keys into the ignition. "Now then, which way to your office?"


"I think you totally just blew my mind," o.o mumbles the boy. "Oh, here comes the next wave! Better get on your board, chica!"

Konoko might feel something gently nudge her in the back of the head.


The medical team's CRAVEN units appear to be effective against whatever strange force is attacking those on the shoreline. As the tend to the unconscious victims they'll notice that the individual's affected appear to slowly be changing. Most of the previously female individuals hair colors appear to be changing different color, their clothes also changing into different hues. Even more startling is some of the Males who are showing signs of wider hips and budding breasts...

Meanwhile, in the underwater arena...

The mines appear to cover a substantial portion of the eastern bay with no end in sight. However, the Blue Steel's radar may detect a strange reading coming from the north east. Could it be the Green Baracuda?

"It's the town hall... ", said Elliot in a somewhat distracted tone after catching a glimpse of his face. Leaning back into the seat, he ran his fingertips across his features. His skin had always been smooth and hairless, but it felt different. He glanced across at the other boy, but he didn't look any different from the first moment he'd laid eyes on him. Shaking his head, he turned to look through the window, "It's so quiet... people must be hiding inside from Bones... I just wish I'd heard what he said".

[KonokoHasano]

"I think you totally just blew my mind," o.o mumbles the boy. "Oh, here comes the next wave! Better get on your board, chica!"

Konoko might feel something gently nudge her in the back of the head.

"A board? I don't have one of those. I swam-- huh?" Looks behind at what hit her.

[Blaze]

"Ah is that so. Very well then!"

Fimbulvetr takes the folder and hands it to Ryu-Tan and Raoul-Tan.

"You heard him. Take this folder, study it's contents and carry out the mission. Do not fail me."

Logos looks out at the dock, a few roofs short of where the energy stops. Taking a deep breath, she begins to steel her mind to resist it! Taking a running jump, she leaps straight to the dock, trying to make it fast before she succumbs!

[Maiden Miki]

"Clearly" says Miki's admirer with a smile. "With some further effort your skin will be as golden as the sun. I almost envy you..."

"Yeah....So what brings you over here?" asked Miki as she played with one of the bunny ears that were from her head. "So wait....you get burn easily?"

People transforming? Men changing into women? In Muffinville?

The medical team isn't particularly surprised, although they do make notes about the apparent effects of the telepathic wave. In fact, it makes a few of them suspicious. Transforming men into women is such a normal thing here... surely there must be some additional effect the wave is causing?

Given the wave's apparent psychic nature, one of the scientists attempts to measure the brainwave activity of one of the comatose civilians.

Meanwhile, underwater...

Blue Steel considers the data it's been receiving. Presumably, the strange reading is beyond the protective minefield, but it is the first clue they've found regarding the Green Baracuda's position. But how to pass through the minefield safely...?

"Load tubes 1 and 4 with cluster torpedoes, rig for remote launch."

The submarine's torpedo tubes are quietly flooded, and then two torpedoes are allowed to drift out into the ocean. Once they're several hundred meters clear of the Blue Steel and its decoys, their engines trigger, launching them towards the minefield! As they approach, they deploy a clusters of munitions, aiming to blast a large hole in the field!

[Raleigh]

It is interesting but I am still not sure I follow the intentions. Are you going to create a unified psy field with this or is there another goal?
