Callista: *panicking* Bill! Clefairy! Make 'em stay forever!

*Calli immediately tries to run away, only to run into a wolf. Between being insulted in Klingon and almost getting her whiskers pulled out, Zapana is able to chuck Calli into the left pod and slam it shut.*

There. Hate it when that happens.

[Ookalf]

Thank you. Now, to start the procedure... *Circe starts pressing buttons on the control pad, causing a knock-out gas to pour into Callista's chamber.*

[AmbushCat]

*Callista struggles for a bit, pounding against the glass and screeching the lyrics to the Carpenters' "Close to You", but eventually succumbs to the knock-out gas.*

I think the multiverse discovered a way to make her more obnoxious than she'd been before.

[Ookalf]

Yeah... Let's hope never to hear that again. *Circe manipulates the controls some more, causing a bolt of energy to zap Callista's unconscious form. Soon after, streams of multi-colored smoke start to flow out of her body, through the tubes, and into the other chamber.* Now, with the Color Energy leaving Callista's body in that smoke, she should return to normal, and that crazed version should be recreated as a separate entity...

[AmbushCat]

*Zapana nods as the transfer takes place.*

*Bit by bit and piece by piece, Callista's unconscious form returns to normal... For the most part, anyway. Her hair and clothes are split evenly between black and white, occasionally shifting entirely from one to the other. Every now and then, her body flickers as if Kaoru was trying to usurp control but failed.*

*looks between her boss and the container of Colored smoke* That should've removed the "holy" and "evil" Colors from her... guessing that the Copycats and Matsubara-san are occupied at the moment.

[Ookalf]

Hm. Not quite the reaction I was expecting... Should we do something about that?

[AmbushCat]

*Zapana taps her foot against the floor a few times, trying to determine what to do in this situation.*

...I've got a sneaking idea what's going on in there, and it's not a pleasant one. Recall what I said earlier about her mind getting brute forced?

*Meantime, the cloud of smoke finally coalesces into the entity that Callista had resembled several minutes before. For now, she's sound asleep.*

[Ookalf]

*Circe nods.* I do... You think this is an effect of that?

[AmbushCat]

Yeh. From the looks of things, the Copycats and Kaoru are trying to fight them off in some sort of... ...of... ...*waves helplessly* Mind war thing. You get what I'm trying to say?

[Ookalf]

I think so. Basically, you're saying they're all caught in a battle for dominance in there... Something like that, right?

[AmbushCat]

Mm-hmm. *sighs* Calli's group has the tech needed to deal with this sort of psychic attack, so they should be able to handle it. ... Still hurts seeing her like this, though.

[Ookalf]

*Circe nods.* Yeah, this is really something... For now, though, the energy extraction's complete. We can remove them from the chambers whenever you're ready.

[AmbushCat]

Sure, open 'em up.

By the way, what are you going to do with Little Miss Rainbow Power over there? *gestures at the other container*

[Ookalf]

*Circe shrugs as she opens the doors.* I don't have any plans for her. Do you want her?

[AmbushCat]

*grabs Callista* I get the feeling she's going to be trouble no matter who takes her... I don't know how to answer that question.
