New Light

[Blaze]

Jean nods as suddenly, a hell beast leaps from the crater to confront the pair!

[Bigmouthstrikes]

Light shifted his form quickly to that of a Paladin. He held his sword out in front of him, gathering holy energy into it.

[Blaze]

Jean takes out a double-ended rosary and stares the beast down.

Suddenly, it lunges at the pair with it's massive claws!

[Bigmouthstrikes]

Light swung his sword forward as holy energy flew from it like lightening bolts. He then moved to cast a protective spell on Jean to lessen the damage from any blows she'd take.

[Blaze]

The beast screams and backs away from the holy attack, rage burning in it's eyes.

Jean nods her thanks and leaps on the beast, wrapping the rosaries around it's neck.

[Bigmouthstrikes]

"What do those do?" He asked.

[Blaze]

"Simple. Cut off it's air supply." Jean says coldly.

The beast bucks and gags, heading towards Light, teeth bared!

[Bigmouthstrikes]

Light spun around, putting all his strength into a striking the creatures with his sword...and at the moment, that was quite a lot of strength

[Blaze]

The beast screams as the sword enters the beast's brain, killing it. Jean breaks the beast's neck with a violent twist of the rosaries to make sure as the best slumps over dead.

"There, see? Dangerous."

[Bigmouthstrikes]

"Right you are." He said, shifting back to his normal frame. "I say we should move on away from that..."

[Blaze]

Jean nods and steps away from the crater.

"Say, do you eat?"

[Bigmouthstrikes]

Light laughed at that. "Yeah. I eat. Do you know a good place?"

[Blaze]

Jean beams and nods.

"I know a great ice-cream place~"

[Bigmouthstrikes]

"Sounds great." He said following her.

"You know." He mused. "Bahamut created me and just kinda...dumped me here. I don't even have a place to live yet."

[Blaze]

Jean giggles and leads Light to an ice-cream parlor.

"We will get that sorted out while we're out and about."
