The eastern ocean was dead quiet. No sound of seagull or other tropical bird could be heard for miles; only the noise of the waves stirred forth by an alien north wind disturbed the stillness of the ocean. And yet, despite the deafness, one could not help but hear a strange melody lingering about the waters that caused a foreboding sense of dread for what is soon to come.
A lone figure stared off at the city of Muffinville atop a nuclear submarine, the Green Baracuda to be exact.
"The sea is quiet...." murmured Bones, the self styled criminal genius, as he spied on the metropolis through a pair of army binoculars. "All that is about to change though. Soon, very soon, I will unleash chaos and disorder upon the city I call home."
He turns to his silent companion, a senior ranking member of the Chibiwanbanshu.
"It's almost time now. Shall we head on below?"

Like a shark the Green Baracuda stalked its way closer to the continent, its state of the art cloaking device rendering it invisible to nearly all form of radar. While the mastermind possessed a wide variety of craft, the Green Baracuda was the centerpiece of his collection, the shining emerald atop his horde. Once his ship was in range of the city he would be able to unleash pandemonium upon the ill prepared citizens thanks to another device he had prepared.
From the helm Bones gazed upon the MORPHEUS, a bold pioneer in transformation weaponry. To those who saw the monstrosity it seemed like something from a B-Horror film, a hodgepodge of wire, bulky metal, and glass cylinders. The eerie mechanical devil hummed quietly to itself, sensing the approach of its master.
"Patience" whispered Bones, running his hand against the machine. "Your craving will be sated soon enough!"
