Originally a worker at the Starlight Casino, James has been hiding out in the ducts since things started going wrong. He managed to hoard up some supplies in the beginning, before things got too bad, but he hasn't wanted to risk going out for more until things go back to normal or sufficient help comes. A decent enough plan except for one big problem: he's nearly out of food.
