"On it." Kofsky carefully packages the explosive into some sandwich bags, then puts the sandwich bags into a very rugged looking backpack. Who knows what other homebrewed concoctions lie in wait inside that little padded munitions depot?
Packed up and ready to go, Kofsky makes his way to the main testing floor. His backpack has its hip belt secured and is full to the seams with different chemicals and compounds. One side has a folding trench shovel tied to it. On his way, he picks up a pistol and a standard issue assault rifle, attaching the ammo to the hip belt on his backpack. The pistol is on a thigh holster.
The Sergeant walks onto the testing floor and bides his time.

The boy lets out a low whistle, folding the memo once and then again, slipping it into his pocket. The testing floor, huh?
Carefully smoothing a crease out of his sleeve, he smiles, and strides over to the nearest elevator, checking his watch to make sure he wasn't late!
