Magical Sailor Fuku

A girl in a referee uniform stands in the middle of the basketball court.

Oliver walks into the gym. "How do I sign up?" He asked.

"Just take your water and drink it." The ref says.

Jeff saunters into the gym. "I heard something about a tournament I'm going to win, this the right place?"

"Yes it is just drink your water." The ref says.

Oliver drinks his water.

Jeff downs the water quickly, frowning. "Geez ref, you even know how to play this game. Generally you try to keep hydrated 'during' the match."

Jeff's hair begins to grow and turn a lavender color as his body rapidly changes into a that of a female. Her clothes change into a t-shirt and bloomers leaving her as Jessie.

Oliver's short shrinks to a more feminine proportion as he finds his entire body shifting. His hair shoots out, changing to a pinkish hue and flipping into a ponytail. His arms and legs get smaller, daintier... His shirt shifts until it's a casual white t, which quickly stretches out as his body begins to speed up the more prominent changes. Before he knows what's hit him he's transformed into a full fledged girl!

"What the hell why am I a girl?" Olivia asks the ref.

"It's part of making the game more fair by taking away height differences and the ability to dunk." The ref says.

Tom comes in to the gym. "That one-on-one thing is here, right?" He spies the two girls and waves cheerily. "I didn't know there'd be girls playing too."

"All you need to do is drink your water and you'll be good to play" The ref tells Tom.

"What the... Hey man, this is messed up!" Jeff yells to the ref. "How am I suppose to play like this?"

"Uh, okay." Tom downs the water.

"Girls can play basketball." The ref says to Jessie

Tom's hair become longer and brown but is held up by a clip. His body gains breasts as his manhood disappears. She too gains a t-shirt and bloomers as she is now Tori.

"Che... This is some messed up stuff... But it doesn't matter, I'm going to win by a mile anyways." Jeff says, still holding a cocky smirk... even if it is girlish now.

Tori looks at herself. "Oh. Well, this should be interesting, then! Um, hey, ref, can we get some balls to practice a bit with? I've got to get used to... these," she gestures to her new bust.

Jessica nods, "Yeah, we need some practice time with this stuff."
