Magical Sailor Fuku

OVERVIEW

Hidden in the sky, beyond the clouds of our world, exists a floating land completely different from our own. A land populated by nothing but women, and ruled by an all-powerful Queen. Magic plays a prominent role in this world, as it is used for everyday life. Transformation magic, attack magic, magic for this and that, it's all present, although different women can use different magic, and some none at all. The whole land mass relies on magic, as opposed to the technology used on our world. This world would be a peaceful at all times, if not for the Queen's strange obsession with competition. Every ten years, she summons a group of men from our world and pits them against one another for the title of the Queen's Knight using a way home as bait to enter the competition.

The rules of the competition are simple. Upon being brought to her Kingdom of Solacio, the men are subjected to transformation magic that will leave their bodies more suited for her world. That, in essence, means they're granted the bodies of women, and their forms are usually greatly different from their male counterparts. The new women are then given a month to train in their new forms, mastering magic and whatever weapons suit their new forms. When that month is up, they are permitted to attack each other until only one remains. That one will become the Queen's Knight, and in that position can determine the ultimate outcomes for all the participants and themselves. It sounds like a rather straight-forward event, but keep in mind that the Queen quite enjoys making things more interesting...

RULES

• I'm only accepting 7 participants other than myself. I'm not really in a position to post 8 bajillion times a day right now, so I want to keep things as calm as possible. However, I'm not accepting the first seven that sign up. I'll be picking seven based on quality.
• As usual, I need someone to handle my characters TFs if there are any volunteers?
• None of your characters can possess transformational magic, only NPCs can for the sake of preventing complete chaos from being unleashed!

Name: Russ Cargill


Age: 44


Brief Appearence: A tall if sheepish looking man, Russ' appearence does not scream 'Out of the Ordanary'. He is about 6'1" and 169 pounds. He wears one of those annoying sweater vests, a green one, and pants. His brown hair has not started to reeceed yet, but it has started to gray, so he kees it short and well taken care of. He has a small pair of glasses that he wears all of the time. From his years of squinting at books has left age-wrinkles on his face.


Brief Personality: He is a quiet man that lives and breaths books. He devores them at a terrifing pace, and has even written one or two. He is generally calm person and he's nice and kind to people that he meets. He isn't used to change however, and being in an alien situation would not cause him to react well.


Brief History: Russ was born and raised in a small town on the prairies, and is not used to large metropolises. From when he was a young boy, everyone knew he would have something to do with books, not farming like the rest of his family. So, when he graduated from high school he replaced Old Richard Goldman as the towns only librarian. From his job, he got all he wanted. Peace, quiet and a chance to write books. The onesvthat where published was done so under a pen name, and not even his family knew he was a sucesfull author. All and all, he was quite happy with his life.

TF likes: TG (Just kidding) and AR of 36-28 years please. (8-16, pefferibly on the younger side, but if you think that wouldn't be good for fighting, then the older listed ages will be fine.)

Name: Marcos Aaron.
Age: 30
Brief Appearance: Marcos has a tall and skinny body that makes him look a bit like a stick. His once thin but strong arms are now just a image of his formal self. He tends to have his hair cut short and neat. Mostly wears black dress pants and either a button up red dress shirt with a black tie or the same with a black coat.
Brief Personality: Marcos is a calm and cunning person. He knows how to play his cards right. Marcos does have a bit more stressful side that shows when something very unexpected happen and can take him a while to think about what to do next. Marcos has a nice side but really only does it when he is outside of the so called 'Business Battlefied".
Brief History: Marcos grew up in the city where he had to watch out for fights every so often. Because of this Marcos decided to work out a bit to defend himself against these threats. As Marcos got older, he knew that he had to do something with his life and saw that business was the way to go. He study up a bit and applied himself to a university once he graduated from high school. He did lost some of the muscles he gained during his teen years but gain knowledge to help pave the road for a successful career.

Transformation Likes/Dislikes: No big age regression like making my character a little kid. Teens is fine but anything lower isn't. No inanimated stuff either.

Name: Cage Allen
Age: 19

Brief Appearance: Cage is tall and slender with messy, albeit relatively short blond hair. His eyes are a bright green and his skin is relatively pale.

Brief Personality: "I did it for the lulz" Cage is the jester of the deck. He's a wild card that commits to no one and nothing, not even himself. Or at least that is how he acts. Cage plays the roll of the fool, but his true personality he keeps hidden. He loves gambling and any form of bet, and is quite quick to take risks. He usually holds true to his word, but those he deals with don't always understand what Cage means when he speaks. Cage loves games of wit and is quick to innovate, but rarely thinks everything through in advance.

Cage sleeps through life, unwilling to commit to anything or find much pleasure outside of momentary games. Left alone he'd probably devolve into a gambling addict, or else straighten out unbearably. As it is, Cage will likely grow off the risk of his situation, adapting rapidly and becoming proactive in his own life.

Brief History: Cage has lived a relatively ordinary life. Middle class family. He scraped by through high school and attends a large, relatively well ranked public college. His grades would be better if he wasn't too lazy to study. As Cage stands now he lacks motivation and feels envious of those with the will to succeed in life. He's standing still at a crossroads with no desire to take any of the paths he can see. A conventional life seems boring, while truly succeeding would be quite difficult for what he sees as meager rewards. Likewise, he lacks the initiative to truly open a new route for himself beyond the ordinary ones.

Transformation Likes/Dislikes:I'd prefer he not end up over 23 or younger than 12 in form. Nothing too exaggerated in figure, human or mostly human, and more toward slender than voluptuous would all be preferred, but nothing matters much in that regard.

Name:Edward Dumont
Age:25
Brief Appearance:He's a bit of a slob with dirty black hair and an ill kept thick beard. He's tall and some what fat and generally dresses towards comfort over anything else.
Brief Personality:He's an intensely curious sort, tending to spend time constantly learning all sorts of new things, he considers himself a logical sort and occasionally abit of a trickster, he generally finds himself alienated and alone so the few friends he makes he is quite loyal to.
Brief History: Edward was always the nerd growing up, always looking into new and different things, he was quite the neophile.. yet it never cut away at his love for history. This hasn't made him the most pragmatic of sorts with him ending up as a sort of permanent college student at his current point in life always wanting to take another class to see something different, never satisfied towards working at something pragmatic and "useful" with his life.

Transformation Likes/Dislikes: I like a strong thematic change, preferably something not entirely human afterwards(animal, artificial etc) completely mind rewrites I'd prefer not to deal with.

A bit of an update. I'm apparently unable to really think up of a character now, and I don't know if I will be able to anytime soon. I've apparently hit a funk in making characters for here. So, if 7 people are chosen before I can get up a character, just go ahead. Just letting you know.

Age: 30
Brief Appearance: 6'0", 190 pounds, male, short red hair, green eyes, athletic build, wearing green shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, clean shaven.
Brief Personality: Friendly, a little shy around girls, and he's a little skeptical about things about magic, being a Christian.
Brief History: Colin recently lost his job, and has been a bit depressed about it. He feels like he should just give up when he was contacted by a mysterious woman from the strange air kingdom. Little does he know his life is about to change.
Intended Weapon: Staff with a Healing Stone atop of it (to channel the healing magic through it.

Unfortunately (?) I'm away at Anime North this weekend, so I won't be able to post much, if at all. I'll try and start the RP before then, though. As for the questions. Name: David Eddy
Age: 18
Brief Appearance: David is 5'11" tall, with short red hair and blue eyes. He is often dressed in a brown hoodie and pair of blue jeans. He isn't exactly the most fit of people, which has resulted in him not really having a lot of muscle, and a slight gut which is mostly hidden by his usual attire.
Brief Personality: Not exactly the world's biggest social butterfly from living in the middle of nowhere most of his life, David only recently began to get involved in social outings recently thanks to his friend Reid. He's the type of clumsy, careless person that you'd be surprised to learn hasn't been in any major accidents over the course of his lifetime. He's easy to get along with, but only because he isn't the type of person to take charge. He's more of a follower than a leader, and he doesn't like to start unnecessary trouble.
Brief History: N/A
Intended Weapon: Quarterstaff - although relies more on magic.
Intended Magic: Wind
Transformation Likes/Dislikes: On top of TG, I like AR as low as 10 years old, minor TF, robotic TF, some MR. Don't like old age AP, WG, shrinking, growing, etc.

Name: Paul Brantson
Age: 25
Brief Appearance: Average build, 6' tall. Dirty Blonde Hair and blue-green eyes. Tends toward dressing casually, but can make such a look work pretty well. Tends to fiddle with small objects when he's bored (pens, coins, etc.)
Brief Personality: Outgoing on and energetic, he's cool with almost anyone who isn't immediately hostile upon meeting him. He tends to talk about himself a lot, but likes hearing other people talk about themselves, too. He studies martial arts for fun. He has a vast knowledge of trivia, which is also something he likes talking about. He'll take the lead in situations where no one else seems capable, but doesn't espeically like to.
Brief History: Paul grew up in a middle-middle class suburb, went to college, got a degree in Communications and got a white collar job managing a bunch of IT people at a major corporation. He doesn't like the job, but knows it could be worse. He is rather accomplished with his martial arts training and can fight in several armed and unarmed styles with.
Intended Weapon: Unarmed or bastard sword
Intended Magic: Dark (as long as it's not evil)
Transformation Likes/Dislikes: Like - Cute over sexy, and a theme would be fun. Dislike - More than slight AR or AP, artificial (robots and the like), more than slight mental change.

MR = mental rewrite
