Cecillia nods. "Well, that was a long time ago." She puts a finger to her chin as she thinks. "That was... how long ago"? Fifty years? Or was it sixty?"

Zack's eyes go wide. "Wow, you've been here that long?"

~~Abigale~~

At Abigale's request Jim blinked, looked around the cafe, and then walked back towards his office, "Of course Abigale, come on in."

Once they were both inside he turned and gave Abigale a nervous smile, "What is it you'd like to talk about?"

"My table! I try to be nice to them, but just because I am shorter than the average woman in her 20's, they think I am a little kid. I just don't get it, I'm good with the customers, I'm nice, I always serve them with a smile and they have the nerve to make fun of me because I am short. I had to get away from them, because I was fighting off the urge to knock them silly. Since I value my job, I had to come and talk to you to keep from hurting someone." Abigale says with an angry huff at the customers at table 2.

~~Komen~~

"Right away sir," the dog eared girl said cheerfully as she turned, her tail wagging softly as she walked off.

As the dog eared girl turned and walked away Komen heard a soft knocking on the tank next to him, and saw one of the mermaids out of the corner of his eye, smiling and waving at him.

Komen sighs and sips his drink waiting. He is startled by the knocking and looks at the mermaid blushing and looking around as if thinking she is waving to someone else.

Lanette smiles at him. "Is it good?"


-- Viktoria --

Jessie steps away from Viktoria and looks her up and down. After a moment she nods. "Yes, quite! What do you think?" She smiles up at the woman, obviously expecting praise.


-- Gina --

The second floor of the store is home. The moment Gina looks over the room and finds everything warm, comfortable and amazingly inviting, Gina knows that this is her own place. Everything is placed exactly where she would leave it, and her hand shows clearly in the selection of furniture and decorations.


-- Alsora --

Like the apartment is clearly her apartment, the bedroom is her bedroom. There are two single person beds, each on one side of the room.


-- Zack --

Cecillia smiled and nodded. "People in this town live... very long and productive lives," she explains.

Zack nods. "I believe it. So, have you always been the way you...well, are?"

Lanette smiles at him. "Is it good?"

Tina nods and smiles. "Yes! I'm really hoping I can get lucky enough for that...".

"Heh, atleast your enthusiastic" replies William returning the smile

[Rodney]

Viktoria's reply is diplomatic : ' I can only concede the result is stunting, if unexpected.'
She looks once more at her reflexion and then looks down to survey once more her new shape from her toes to her fingers. 'This does indeed fit my description'
Viktoria walks to the bed to pick her new closes, ignoring the boxers and the other items she entered the hotel with. Those wouldn't fit her anymore.

"Oh my..." Gina said softly as she looked around the apartment. Everything was simple, functional, and comfortable looking, just like she would have done. Even down to the bookshelf filled with reference books, grouped by category and alphabetized.

She didn't understand how it'd all happened, but she knew now that she didn't want to be anywhere else. This was a life she'd always wanted...

Slowly she walked around the room, gently touching things and smiling as she walked.

Alsora walked over to the closet, shaking her head at the two beds. There was no way she could get used to this life. As she opened the closet though her eyes went wide. She hadn't expected her usual military uniforms to be there to be honest, but there was no way she would have expected the varied plethora of clothes. Shelves with jeans, sweats, shorts, skirts, including things like hotpants in various colors. Hangers jammed in tight covered in t-shirts, blouses, tank tops, tube tops, sweaters, and a few dresses! Even her drawers of underwear and socks were full of brightly colored variety.

How was she supposed to pick something to wear out of all this variety? Well, first would be the underwear... After some time she finally decided on a pair of white panties and a sports bra. Next was the actual clothes... she froze again as she looked at everything. There was no way all of that would fit her, especially that black, slinky looking dress. After a few moments of hesitation she reached out and took the dress, holding it up in front of herself and turning to look in the mirror. Well... maybe it would, it'd be practically skin tight though, she bet even her underwear would show through it.

The cat girl blinked at Maria a few times before bursting into a loud fit of giggles, shaking her head back and forth as she rocks in her chair. After some time she finally calms down, wiping tears from her eyes as she stands up, "I said break you in dear. Gyno visits aren't exactly fun you know. All sorts of invasive poking and prodding. It should get you used to your new body pretty quick though."

"Hesitant query: Then would you like to see what I do for work?" Shodan asked as she smiled up at Max.

~~Mike~~

"Oh, I think you are very handsome," Tani said softly as she leaned forward, reaching out a cold hand to touch Mike's cheek lightly, "Handsome enough to wish to keep you even..."

~~Abigale~~

Jim simply stared at Abigale as she finished the explanation, "Abigale... are you sure you're feeling alright? You're acting a little strange..."

As Jim continues to stand there in shock Abigale feels the really strong urge to just stomp on his foot to get him to snap out of it.

~~Komen~~

The mermaid brought her hand to her lips, like she was giggling, and then smiles and nods at Komen, followed by another friendly wave.

"Grrr! Why won't you listen to me! I am complaining about a customer if you don't snap out of it I'll oh forget it!" Abigale says as she stomps on Jims foot trying to snap him out of it. She hoped that her job was still safe after what she just did. Abigale then sweatdrops and goes to the other side of the room and sits down. Still a bit angry at being made fun of because she is short.

"............Oh...." Maria says, looking at her feet. "I.......I found out s-something weird. A-apperently I'm a screenwriter f-for a m-movie...."

"Sure, I don't mind at all." Max said with some excitement in his voice.

"Oh, I think you are very handsome," Tani said softly as she leaned forward, reaching out a cold hand to touch Mike's cheek lightly, "Handsome enough to wish to keep you even..."

Mike laughed and said, "Well I guess a little but not that much." He then felt Tani's cold hand on his cheek. She was barying touching it but he could feel her coldness of her hand.

"That is a very nice thing to say," said a bit surprised Mike. He then gulped and said, "Well I think I need to leave soon. If you don't mind how about you come with me? That is if you can. I am new in town and all and have no idea what is to do in this place."

The mermaid brought her hand to her lips, like she was giggling, and then smiles and nods at Komen, followed by another friendly wave.

Komen blinks and blushes embarrassed pointing at himself. "Me? umm hi..." He hesitantly waves back to her.

"Always the way I am?" Cecillia tilts her head curiously. "How do you mean?"

Lanette leans forward and lays her hand over Edward's. "I"m glad..."

"Well, I am my mother's daughter," Tina says with a slight blush. Around them, the other kids are slowly getting restless as one by one they finish their food.

Jessie nods enthusiastically. "Stunning indeed!" She smiles and tilts her head. "Would mylady like to take a bath?"

As she touches each book, they almost spark memories within Gina. As if the memories are just around a corner, waiting for her to find them. Almost as if asking what she would like to remember about them...

There is a soft knock on the door. "Alsora, are you alright?" Mike's concerned voice comes through the closed door.
