Dean probably more than Julian will notice that Neil probably weighs a little less than he looks. Of course, it's nowhere near as obvious as the bushy, slightly darker hair.

*Julian follows Dean.* ...Didn't this guy have shorter hair earlier?

Despite the exciting surroundings of the spaceship, Koren found himself in rather familiar company and surroundings, alone in the lab. Well, he did have the animals for company. He had his earphones back in, using music to soothe his mood as he rolled a ball of yarn across the floor for a white cat to chase after, while he was sat on the ground, his back leaning up against a cabinet.

"I believe so. But no illness I ever heard of had rapid hair growth as a symptom..."

He stands next to Neil's bed and slowly lowers him onto it

*Julian lets Neil down slowly.* Maybe it's some new strain of something...

Neil shakes as she looks up at the other crew members, looking extremely confused about what's going on.

Markus not caring much if a guy is skinny and has hair problems stays in the ships main deck, before he looks back to the captain. "Fancy crew ye got here" he comments as they all do their stuff.

Dean notices Neil looking at him and nods.

"He's not delerious, but he's undergoing physical shifts as part of... whatever this is."

He sits down and thinks, mentally going over every uncommon disease he knew, hoping to recall something similar

Want me to leave you alone?

Hardy looks around the kitchen. "Hmph, this isn't all of us, but we can at least get started. One of our crew is sick, and if it's contagious I want to nip it in the bud. We're all gonna get tested to see if we've got whatever he's got." He opens one of the cabinets and stares at the equipment. "Anyone know which one takes samples?"

Depending on what he's listening to, Koren may or may not hear the announcement. If not, the cat is entertaining enough as she tries to pounce the ball in dramatic fashion.

Neil's skin loosens up and finally, whatever it is seems to be over. The ordeal has left him a little tired, hungry and thirsty. It's also left him looking more fit and a little more tan, if with hair down just below his jaw.

Thomas shrugs at the captain's question. "I know first aid, but that doesn't really cover taking blood samples. I could try, but I'd kinda want to read the instructions for the sampler first..."

Seeing he really wasnt needed there... he walks back to the captain to hear his statement, frowning. "If it is contageous, we might all be screwed." Though at least it didnt sound like a Security issue. At least not one he could deal with.

"What...the hell...just...happened?" Niel asked weakly.

Dean feels Neil's forehead and frowns.

"Strange... you are to stay in bed. I will keep an eye on you. Understand?"
