great captions

Third link is broken. Besides that, this seems to be quite the improvement on grammar and spelling. The story is now kinda able to be read, but it seems like you're trying to do both a short caption and a long one in one caption, and the effect is just destroying the result.

I'm sorry but if you are going to post captions spelling and grammar are important to them as it makes it easier to I don't know umm what do you call those things? Ohh right read and comprehend. Yeah that is right if things have proper spelling and grammar they are easier to follow. Now mind you if english isn't your first language that is differant. But even then it isn't too hard to try to get it kind of right.

You know, I can't but notice that this is someone with three posts who hasn't signed the criticism waiver. He has, half-way through the thread, indicated that you can criticize the story if you want. Also, constructive criticism usually(but sometimes doesn't have to) indicates ways to improve.

But I also believe that grammar, spelling, and formatting are important. Soo,
I will just say that all the grammar biggies are pretty easy to do and can have a big impact. But you don't have to if you don't want to, I'm just saying.

The easiest big things you can do is have each line of dialogue start on a new line of type. It increases readability a ton. I want to just reiterate what udd commander said that you do appear to be mashing a long and a short caption together. To try to do a straight up long caption, I would suggest trying to do it in paragraphs. Each one at least two long or three short sentences a piece. They will help you to fully develop a beginning middle and end and complete thoughts.

Oh, and I do think your captions are decent. I sincerely think you have captioning potential. Hope some of this helps.

Eh,just some more my captions with spelling and grammar that'll most likely never change (so deal with it)

And here's the version with the pun http://animefan279.deviantart.com/art/T ... n-65529941

and here's an alternate I did for the hell of it http://s229.photobucket.com/albums/ee17 ... roro-1.jpg

Now I don't care if you bitch about the spelling and grammar because today is particularly boring right now.[/img]

Eh, most of us don't actually jump on spelling and grammar too much unless it really interferes with understanding the story (if you see some of the captions on the main site, you'll see it's not that uncommon an issue). In general, you could use practice with the writing. Captions are one way of doing that. I said my piece.

But what's the pun? I don't get it.
