If you do, remember the basic rules of tech support survival:

1) Speak firmly and with anger.
2) If 1) fails, yell.
3) Don't ever agree to hang up or go on hold.
4) Insist on speaking with the guy up top.
5) If all else fails, remind them that you're calling from the local gun shop.

Seems logical to me.

This has to be my favorite one, along with the crossdressing and catboy ones. I've read through the entire thread and I have to say you are pretty good at this whole caption business.
