The first one isn't bad, but is in dire need of editing. The grammar is off, the potentially emotional dialogue is wooden. It's definitely not a bad idea for a story -- in fact, if you had thought out the story a bit more (including an explanation for the sex change) it might have been great.
The second one however is what's making me bring down the hammer. It's beyond hope. It could have been funny or amusing, but instead it makes no sense, the grammar is a trainwreck, and it's blantantly sexist. It's not outright offensive (that would be misogynist or misandrist) but sexist nonetheless. Don't go there lightly, this is one of the few TG communities where a few of the "girls" are actually girls.
Also, edit your links if you want people to read this post comfortably, horizontal scrolling is fail.
