Magical Sailor Fuku

So today I ended up getting a DSi. More specifically, the DSi that comes bundled with Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I also got Pokemon Soul Silver.

Basically, it's the first DS I've ever had, and the first handheld I've had since the original GBA. I never thought I'd bother with getting one, and the desire to get one just recently surfaced.

What? You don't have a DS? Never? Really? I would have thought you had one.

Also would have thought that you have gotten either HG or SS a long time ago! Wow! That is crazy. haha

How is it? I have a Lite and not planning to get another DS till the release of the 3DS.

XD Nope, never had a DS before, and it's honestly nice. I'm unsure just what differences there are between Lite and i, but it is nice. The last hand held system I owned was the original GBA, and I only ended up with two/three games for that.

As for Pokemon... the last Pokemon games I actually owned were Gold and Silver, none of the others after them. XD

If I remember right, the DSi has a camera and some nice toys. Though the big difference between the two sister systems is that the DSi lacks the GBA slot that the Lite has. That was the reason why I didn't bother to get the DSi since the Pokemon games need them due to a feature in the games that allow you to transfer Pokemon from the GBA game to the DS games.

OH WOW! Aren't you in for a new world! So many things have changed between the games as in battling and such. I really hope you enjoy yourself in SS then since you are going into it head first.

Oh yeah, there was that in regards to the no GBA slot and all.

Well, just because I haven't owned a Pokemon game since Gold/Silver doesn't mean I haven't managed to play the other games. XD

haha Yeah. Still it sounds like fun. The camera would have been useful at a few cons when my digital camera goes dead. haha

Oh okay. I mean it sounds like you keep up to date with stuff like abilities and such.

Yeah, despite the fact that I never really played the games all that much, I did keep mostly current on information regarding areas, Pokemon, abilities, and other stuff. XD

The remakes for silver and gold are shiny-awesome. And DSes are pretty spiffy too. :O

XD Heck, I remember thinking that if I got one, I probably wouldn't even play it that much. Even my mom and grandma have said that I'd probably play it only twice and stop.

Professor Layton is that puzzle/riddle solving game, right?
