There is a new movie called "Shorts" coming to theaters:

The Premise: A young boy somehow comes across a "Wishing Rock" he finds when a rainbow appears. Somehow, the rainbow-colored rock grants the holder of said rock any wish. The boy's parents end up becoming conjoined twins after the mother wanted her and her husband to be more closer together after she gets a hold of the rock. The baby girl becomes telepathic, one girl wishes to be a giant wasp, among others, as the young boy who 1st discovers the rock loses it, and his classmates at school find it.

Ooo, sounds interesting methinks. I wonder what everybody would wish for if they got hold of something like that, and whether it had any limitations?

I know what I would wish for; Ranma style Spring of Drowned Girl water.....as rain. You all know you want that.

I hear tell it's from the same director as the Spy Kids trilogy. I wasn't a super-huge fan of Spy Kids to be honest, but I might see this one if I have nothing better to do...

I won't be seeing it but the director made an interesting comment saying "Shorts will be Pulp Fiction for kids".

Sounds like this film could become either pretty good or pretty corny... Might be interesting to see for the heck of it. My wish would probably be to have the ability to change things about myself and my life with magic. Could do all sorts of interesting experiments with that.
