Magical Sailor Fuku

As some may know, I've been looking for a song. Since my description of it failed, I decided to use FL Studio to make the best replication of how it sounds; as best as my memory and n00b skillz with FL Studio would allow, anyway. It took me about fifteen minutes to make, but I think I got it down well enough to be recognizable, should anyone know the song.

I apologize for the double post, but I just wanted to get this out of the way, just in case: my mother was reminded of this song, and I just wanted to say that this is not the song. Nor is Kansas' dust in the wind song, which may also sound similar.

Doesn't even sound like it. XD My knowledge with technical terms, regarding guitars, is very limited, but what I'm looking for (I think) are the strings being picked, not strummed. Or maybe there isn't a chord... I dunno.

Doesn't sound like your sample to me. But it was described as sounding like Dust in the wind. IS a song that would have played on that radio station (Or at least is plausible) and it's hard as heck to understand what he's saying. Not only that but the guitar does sound acustic and it remains the same the entire song. So I figured I'd give it a shot:

Holy [use your imagination here]. I just looked through about two-hundred videos, looking through lists of alternative, rock, and acoustic songs (and combinations thereof), and it suddenly occurred to me to look up power ballads. Guess what? It was on the first list I looked at.
