Magical Sailor Fuku

I found a trailor for Soul Calibur 4 online. By the looks of things they really did a great job with the graphics, especially in how they designed the different arenas. Plus you get a sneak peak of new Character Hilde... as well as some other quite unexpected characters. By the look of things Soul Edge may have met it's match...

Sadly I'm still unable to get over being a bit of a whiny fanboy at this.

Now for the part of me that ISN'T a whiny fanboy (Please no remarks. >_>) Darth Vader will probably be pretty fun to play, but YODA!? I just can't see how he isn't going to be broken as all heck.

That and since Yoda will only be on 360 and Vader only on PS3 (or so that's the saying) You can't even have them fight each other.

I think it'd be better off if they were left out.

But I am a big Soul Calibur fan, so I'll most likely get this eventually. Assuming they fixed the horrible A.I. problem from the LAST game. >_<

My question is how Mitsurugi is able to parry a lightsaber. Maybe something to do with Soul Shards?

Oh, wow. The Star Wars characters are legit? I saw the screenshots, but I thought they were photoshopped.

And Mitsurugi can parry them because he's awesome. Well, that's my reasoning anyway, cause he's my main character in all the Soul Calibur games. It actually makes about as much sense as having...well, Star Wars in Soul Calibur, which is no sense.

I think Dante would have been a better addition, probably, but Yoda looks like he'd be fun to play, if horribly broken. In any case, I can't wait for it to come out and resume beating up my friends every time I can convince them to play.

I wonder if Yoshimitsu steals Vader's lightsaber. I mean in the Tekken Games it looks like he has a lightsaber so maybe this explains where he [or his ancestor] got his weapon from.

I don't mind this. I mean, it's no worse than Spawn bein in. But, I'm fairly certain they'll put the other "exclusive" available for purchase after a few months. I think Vader will be cool, but I want Yoda more. Cause he's GOTTA bounce all over.

Oh, and in the story you might not encounter them until after you've gotten the soul edge, so you would have a legendary sword to fight a lightsaber with. But for the video... it's Mitsurugi. Even the king of hell can't beat him, and lord know that the king of hell has got to have an awesome sword...

Seriously I get it. You don't like Dante. I however do and think he'd be a heck of a lot better then friggen Yoda or Darth Vader. But like I said, that's the 'fanboy' in me talking. So don't take it to seriously.

Frankly my dream would still be to see Final Fantasy people in a game like this, but alas, that'll never happen.

Dante better than the Dark Lord of the Sith himself? I'm sure Dante is cool and all but Darth Vader is just too hard core.

Yeah but... I really don't like Star Wars all that much.

I mean yeah it's a cool set of movies, but I'm not obsessed with it. There is nothing in Star Wars that I really find all that appealing in fact.

The Force? It's cool and all, but frankly I'd rather be a Sayian. Or just have psychic powers. It's the same thing but with added 'set people on fire' option.

Lightsabers? Give me a beam sword from the MegaMan X series anyday. They are practically the same thing, except the beam saber looks so much cooler when you swing it around.

Boba Fett? Meh, never really saw him as that interesting. I'll take the Boba Fett look-a-like Vile from MegaMan X. (That's unfair though because I'm a MegaMan fanatic.)

Darth Vader. Well he's ok, kinda cool looking. But there are so many BETTER villians out there. Or at least, more appealing to me.

The only Star Wars thing I was ever REALLY into was the AT-ST walker. For some reason I just really like it's design.

So yeah for me? Dante > then anything Star Wars.

It's just the way it is. *shrugs*

Everyone has there own tastes. As for me I was hoping for some marvel character like Wolverine. That would be kinda cool.

Wolverine for 360, Deadpool for PS3! Best special characters ever!

Woot! I can picture Deadpool in Soul Calibur driving everyone except maybe Voldo nuts!
