MSF 3.0 Development...

there's not a lot there now. That's because Powweb doesn't support trac (no python support), or Bugzilla (no SSH). Furthermore, some configuration issues are preventing the actual forums from loading. they'll be fixed in the next day or two and you'll actually be able to see it.
It's possible that the MSF dev site moves to another site in order to better support development needs (SVN, SSH, and Python, among other things)
Keep in mind: MSF 3 is in beta, and all data submitted will be cleared prior to actually setting it up on the main site.

Alright, the test forums are operational. Report all bugs on there, or on this thread if the bug is related to posting. When a bug tracker is up, you should post your bugs there.

Yeah, I and a few others had observed that, and the normal forums seem to slow to a crawl when loading and I have the beta 3.0 open in another window.

It is probable that the slowness is from Powweb overselling (and thus only fixable if MSF moved to another server) or from having MySQL on an external server. Autumn would be more in the know on that. (I'm getting >2s page generation times on the new forums, whereas another install can easily get >0.1s generation times.)

Beta 1 of phpBB 3 is out (and I didn't even notice!). The beta forums will be (most likely) wiped and restarted as hopefully some development can finally move forward as well with a 'stable' basis. We've secured an SVN server and Bug Tracker, so information on those (particularly the latter) will be available shortly. Please, as much help as possible would be nice in this endeavor!
If you're an artist, we'd love it if you could help us with art!
