A little test going on soon. Mostly because I don't want to port the entire forums over just yet.

This site is going to be down soon. That's right, offline. Instead, I'm going to be requesting that you abuse http://www.pipian.com/msf3/forums/. For the next few days you won't be able to access your old posts (and the forum structure will be mutating, and your initial accounts won't exist or might get erased), but I hope to get the forums completely moved over by the weekend. You'll lose any posts you make in the next 8 hours, however.

And that's permanent.

Well, at least until MSF is moved.

Basically, http://www.pipian.com/msf3/ is the testbed for Magical Sailor Fuku version 3. It's not very pretty now, but I'm hoping to sync it up and make it work right with a single login. The forums are serving as the core of the site, so it's only natural that they work right first. When it's all ready, I plan to move magicalsailorfuku.net to refer to the same directory, and then we'll be all done.

These forums will be back up in the third week of January, but until then, please bear with http://www.pipian.com/msf3/forums/.

hmm been a while in the making hasn't it... either good to see stuff is being done.

I suspect so. While port 80 is open on this server, it's possible that the firewall is still interfering with something, so the other server shold be fine.

The forums have been restored. My apologies to anyone who lost their post in the intervening day.

Okay, I got the redirect working on the site. Seems there was an accident with making an html file rather than editing the php file. *Shrugs*

On a serious note, were all the avatars reduced to less than 120x120 to save space, or is there some way we can change the display of the forums or something so that they're full sized again or whatever?

I can change it if need be, but I think 120x120 is a bit better.

There's one thing that I was wondering about... Before, when clicking on a link, it'd bring up a new window or tab. It'd make it easier to navigate elsewhere and not have to find my way back to where I was at MSF. Does anyone else like that feature, or is it just me?
